Adult Parkour Workshop!
Going from 5:45 PM - 7:15 PM. NOTE: If this time doesn't work for you, and you could attend an earlier slot like 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, reach out by message, email, text or call and we can work that out no problem. We want to start opening up classes for adults, so this workshop is a 1 and a half hour workshop and will be addressing basics on rolling, landing, bars, vaulting, and wall techniques. This workshop is just $12 a participant, but bring a friend and you both get in for $8 each! Bring more friends and they get in for the same price, so invite your friends and take advantage of this fun workshop and get introduced to Parkour!
This is a beginners workshop, so we will be taking it easy to assess where everyone is physically, and we will give techniques relative to physical ability. Come prepared to learn and to have fun, climbing on stuff is always a blast!
What to bring?
Water Bottle(s). We don't have a water fountain, but we do have bottles of water for $1 if you need.
Good shoes. Shoes fit for running should be good. Tennis shoes are good. You can train barefoot, but if you're new it is recommended that you try it with shoes first.
Athletic clothes. You will want something you can move unrestricted in.
Kids. If you have kids that can't be left alone but you want to come, if they are old enough to be manageable without constant supervision, bring them along and let them play in the gym while you work out! They can come for free.
